  • Self-employment advice
  • Access to an online careers portal


Contact your Jobcentre Plus Work Coach to ask them if you are eligible for support from JETS.

If you are eligible, your Jobcentre Plus Work Coach will refer you to JETS.

You will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange an initial appointment with your JETS Employment Coach.

Your Employment Coach will keep in touch remotely to help you start your job search plan.

To be eligible for support from JETS you need to be:

  • Working age (18+)
  • Motivated to find work immediately
  • In receipt of benefits (Universal Credit Intensive Work Search Regime (IWSR) or new-style Jobseeker’s Allowance) for at least 13 weeks. 
  • Interested in employability support including CV writing, job searching, interview technique, reviewing transferable skills, and confidence building.
